A little about me...

I thought I would start a cross stitching journal to show my work and hopefully give myself a reason to pick up that needle and stitch some more!!
I have so many WIPs and UFOs going and so many more projects I want to start and really shouldn't until I get some of the older ones finished first.

here's my story:

I learned to stitch when I was in the 6th or 7th grade (1987) in my Home Ec. class. We had to make this (ugly) Banana split that I still have somewhere lol I was so happy when I finally finished that thing and showed it to my family so proudly LOL About a year later my grandmother bought me a book of patterns for Garfield which I was obsessed with at the time. I finished one in that book and have been hooked on stitching ever since! I'll add some pics of my completed work and WIP soon.
